System Usability Scale (SUS)

Originally created by John Brooke (DEC) in 1986, "SUS" is one of the best known standardized usability rating scales. It focuses on providing lightweight (10 questions) subjective feedback from users. Because it is so well known and used, there are also a large number of reviews and evaluations of its effectiveness, strengths and weaknesses.
